TURNAROUND DETAILS

We require 10 days to work on your cases

Day 1

Day 1 is the day the case leaves your office and comes to us (a travel day if you will).

Day 12

On Day 12 (another travel day), you will receive your case by 5:00 pm. Please schedule patients after the return date.

Implant Cases

Because of the complexity of many implant cases and the need for parts, implants require 15 In-Lab working days. Please account for shipping and delivery when scheduling your patients.

Rush Cases

Rush cases must be approved in advance to ensure availability. Please call us at 816-537-0070 to schedule.
